本校の帰国生英語クラス「Honors Class」（上級レベル）は、IB（国際バカロレア）を根幹とした英語教育を展開しています。この入試に合格した生徒は、６年間世界標準のシラバスで授業を受けることができます。学習する科目は、次の通りです。特にHumanitiesとTOKは、外部からとても注目されている科目になっています。
① Language Arts （中高生 週４～５時間）
② Humanities （中学生のみ 週２時間）
③ TOK (Theory of Knowledge) （高校生のみ 週２時間）
④ TOEFL, SAT I, SAT II （放課後 希望者対象）
この試験日程は、次の通りです。第１回の試験を日曜日に設定しましたので、学校を休むことなく受験できます。

The Honors English course is designed for students with a high level of competence in the English language. Based on the study of both English language and literature, it aims to reinforce and refine language skills. Students will learn to use language for specific purposes and in situations involving increasingly sophisticated discussion, argument and debate.

★is specifically designed to nurture students into becoming critical thinkers who don’t hold back from questioning ‘accepted knowledge’
★teaches students to support their points of view and trust their interpretation
★will expose students to the subtleties and ambiguities of English and hone their mastery of the English language
★provides the opportunity for enjoyment, creativity and intellectual stimulation through knowledge of English
★encourages, through the study of texts and through social interaction, an awareness and appreciation of the different perspectives of people from other cultures
★equips students with the kind of skills demanded at university and in the workplace
