On day seven the students gave speeches in the morning. They each wrote a two minute speech about one discovery they made during the trip so far. Quite a few students made very introspective speeches.
After lunch we went to the Boston Tea Party museum, which was an interactive tour. The students got to throw tea in the water and have a mini American History lesson.
Our afternoon guest speaker was Victoria Wasylak. She is a music journalist with an impressive resume, and was able to connect with the students through music. Many students enjoyed hearing her stories of going to concerts and writing the reviews afterwards.
